A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF OVERBROOK, KANSAS from Section 4 of House Bill 2217 as adopted by the House of Representatives for the State of Kansas during the 2008 house session (K.S.A. 12-16,128).

Section 1. The City of Overbrook, by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby rescinds in its entirety section 4 of HB 2217 (K.S.A. 12-16,128).
