A CHARTER ORDINANCE RESCINDING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 8 IN ITS ENTIRETY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OVERBROOK:

Section 1. The City of Overbrook, by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby rescinds in its entirety Charter Ordinance No. 8.
